Every order is important to us because we know how significant it is to you. At Lui Flower Shop, we are dedicated to delighting each customer with beautiful floral arrangements and excellent service. Flowers are a perishable and natural product, and floral designs are handmade, so slight variations may occur. We work hard to maintain the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately, and we will address your concerns promptly.
We strive to fulfill specific delivery requests, but we cannot always guarantee exact delivery times, especially during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. During these festive dates, we have established delivery times, but we cannot commit to specific time slots due to high demand. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders several days in advance for important dates.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated, and taxes are calculated based on the location of our store.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral and condolence arrangements require additional preparation time. For deliveries that need to be made at a specific time, please notify us several days in advance so we can accommodate your request. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Hospital Deliveries
We have experience with hospital deliveries. Please provide the hospital name, phone number, recipient’s name, and room number when placing your order. Flowers will be delivered according to the hospital’s policies, as some facilities do not allow direct deliveries to patient rooms. Please note that patients in intensive care (ICU) may not be authorized to receive flowers.
Recipient Not Present
If No One Is Home: Flowers can be left in a safe place for the recipient to pick up later.
Possible Contact with the Recipient: In some cases, we can contact the recipient to coordinate the delivery.
Waiting Time: A 15-minute tolerance is allowed. If we do not receive a response from the provided phone numbers, the arrangement will be returned to the flower shop, and the delivery fee will be charged again.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: Seasonal or regional availability may require substitutions of equal or greater value to maintain the overall design of the arrangement.
Plants: Substitutions for green plants or flowering plants will be made, keeping the value and style as close as possible.
Gift Baskets: Items in the gift baskets may be substituted with others of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
Special Occasions: For time-sensitive orders, such as birthdays or funerals, substitutions may be made to guarantee delivery if the requested flowers are unavailable.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Once arrangements are completed, cancellations are not allowed. To make a cancellation, please contact us by phone or email. You can only change the day of delivery, and we give you a 2-week window to claim your arrangement, but you must notify us at least 2 days before the order.
Returns/Refunds
All sales are final.
Returns are only accepted within 24 hours of delivery for quality-related issues. Please contact us immediately if there is any inconvenience.
Damaged items during delivery will be replaced. No refunds are issued; however, store credit may be offered in unresolved cases.
Personal preferences or changes in style do not qualify for returns.
Recipients are responsible for taking care of the flowers (e.g., watering and trimming stems again).
